Inappropriate Behaviour. In addition to the other provisions of Part 3 of this Contract, any conduct which is inappropriate or disruptive to the residence community or the University, as determined by the Residence Life Manager, is prohibited and may result in eviction. Without limiting the foregoing, inappropriate behaviour includes “mooning,” public urination and nudity visible outside of the resident’s room.
Inappropriate Behaviour. If a Resident engages in harmful behaviour, or behaviour that is reasonably perceived to be a threat to themself, or to others; compromises their personal safety (including but not limited to underage drinking, drug use, abusive behaviour), causes damage to the property of the Residence or others, or where a pattern of behaviour by a Resident is sufficient to create significant disruption to the Residence community, the Residence Life Manager, or designate, reserves the right to terminate the occupancy of the Resident. Where such behaviours are the result of a disability, the Residence recognizes its obligation to provide accommodation short of undue hardship. Where a Resident exhibits physical and/or psychological behavior beyond the scope and expertise of what may reasonably be provided by Humber Residence, the Resident will be subject to the terms as outlined in Section 4.4.

Inappropriate Behaviour. In addition to the other provisions Schedule D Sections 2 – 8, any conduct which is inappropriate or disruptive to an individual, the residence community or the University, as determined by Residence Services Management, is prohibited and may result in eviction. Without limiting the foregoing, inappropriate behaviour includes “mooning”, public urination, use of a toilet or shower facility for purposes outside of their intended use, nudity visible outside of the resident’s room, and online activity or communication which is unwanted by the intended recipient or subject of the activity or communication.
Inappropriate Behaviour. Examples of inappropriate behaviour include, but are not limited to: • uttering a threat to inflict serious bodily harm on another person; • swearing at a teacher or other person in authority; • committing an act of vandalism causing damage to school property or property located on school premises; • bullying, intimidating or threatening another person; • fighting; • using a weapon to cause or threaten bodily harm to another person; • committing physical assault on another person; • committing sexual assault; • trafficking in weapons or in illegal drugs; • harassment of any kind; • distributing hate material; • inappropriate use of electronic communications/media; including accessing inappropriate materials on the Internet; posting offensive comments on personal or commercial websites (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx and similar sites); • unexcused absence from College activities; and/or • conduct injurious to the moral tone of the College or to the physical or mental well-being of others.
Inappropriate Behaviour. 1.10.1 It is the responsibility of every employee who sees or hears inappropriate behaviour to report it to management. The employer acknowledges that the employee may also wish to seek advice or assistance from the union.
Inappropriate Behaviour. You agree not to interfere with other users’ access to or use of the Site and the Platform, including any Xxx0xxxxx.xx content made available to you. Communication: You agree not to communicate with other users for purposes of (1) sending unsolicited advertising or promotions, requests for donations, or spam; (2) harassing or abusing other users; (3) interfering with transactions of other users. You agree not to use data collected from the Sites or the Platform to contact individuals, companies, or other persons or entities outside the Site for any purpose, including but not limited to marketing activity.
Inappropriate Behaviour. 11.1 It is the responsibility of every Council employee to report instances of inappropriate behaviour.
