PROHIBITED DISCRIMINATION AND PROHIBITED HARASSMENT. 1. All negotiations unit members are protected by and subject to University policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace violence, sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking and related misconduct (as amended from time to time). 2. A negotiations unit member alleging a violation of the above-referenced policies is encouraged to contact the Office of Employment Equity (“OEE”). 3.
