Common use of PROHIBITED DISCRIMINATION AND PROHIBITED HARASSMENT Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITED DISCRIMINATION AND PROHIBITED HARASSMENT. 1. All Housestaff Officers are protected by and subject to University policies prohibiting discrimination, harassment, retaliation, workplace violence, sexual violence, relationship violence, stalking and related misconduct (as amended from time to time). A Housestaff Officer alleging a violation of the above-referenced policies shall contact the Office of Employment Equity (“OEE”). Housestaff Officers must cooperate with investigations conducted by OEE, or its designee(s), in response to complaints alleging violations of the above-referenced policies.
