Contractor covenants that no gratuities, in the form of entertainment, gifts, or otherwise, were offered by Contractor or any agent, director, or representative of Contractor, to any officer, official, agent, or employee of a JBE, in an effort to secure the Agreement or favorable treatment with respect to any determinations concerning the performance of the Agreement.
