PROHIBITION AGAINST INDUCEMENT OR PERSUASION. 8.35.1 Notwithstanding the above, Subrecipient and County agree that, during the term of this Subaward and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, neither party shall in any way intentionally induce or persuade any employee of one party to become an employee or agent of the other party.
