Contractor’s Office. CONTRACTOR shall maintain an office within the municipal limits of the City of San Xxxx where inquiries and complaints can be received. Such office shall be open during the normal business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on all Work Days, and during any and all collection activities on xxx Xxxxxxxxx and Sundays when Collection Services are performed pursuant to this Agreement.

Contractor’s Office. Contractor shall maintain an office with twenty-four (24) hour telephone service. The office shall be staffed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, by at least one (1) employee who can respond to inquires and complaints which may be received about Contractor’s performance of the Contract. When the office is closed, an answering service shall be provided to receive calls. Contractor shall respond to calls received by the answering service within two (2) hours of receipt of the call.

The office shall be staffed during the hours of 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, Pacific Time, by at least one employee who can respond to inquiries and complaints, which may be received about the CONTRACTOR’S performance of the Contract. When the office is closed, an answering service shall be provided to receive calls. The CONTRACTOR shall answer calls received by the answering service within two (2) hours of receipt of the call.
Contractor’s Office. Contractor shall maintain an office or such other facilities through which it can be contacted by direct visit or by local (toll-free) call from anywhere in the City on regular collection days, as follows: (i) Monday through Friday between 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. Central Time; and (ii) Saturday between 9:00 A.M. and 3:00 P.M. Central Time. Such office shall be staffed by a responsible person in charge and an adequate number of additional staff available to answer the phone from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on regular collection days. When the collection is postponed one day for scheduled or unscheduled reasons, Contractor’s customer service personnel must be available to answer phones on all days during which collection service is provided. An informative recording answering frequently asked questions shall be available at all other hours, thereby providing a 24-hour, 7-day per week customer service line.

During the hours of8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (Pacific Time), Monday through Friday, at least one employee must be available to respond to inquiries and complaints that may be received about the Contractor's performance of the Contract. Contractor shall comply with County's Criminal background investigation for all Contractor and subcontractor employees assigned. All Contractor and subcontractor staffperforming work under this Contract shall undergo and pass, to the satisfaction of the County, a background investigation as a condition of beginning and continuing to work under the Contract. The County shall use its discretion in determining the method of background clearance to be used, which may include but not be limited to fingerprinting or other methods deemed appropriate.

Contractor’s Office. Contractor shall maintain an office or other facility to which the public and the Town personnel may call or send written and electronic inquiries or complaints and from which the general public and the Town personnel may receive information relevant to the Services. Such office or facility shall be equipped with adequate mediums of communication (telephones and email addresses) to promptly respond to Town and Resident/citizen inquiries or complaints. Contractor’s office shall have at least one (1) responsible person in charge and present during all collection hours. The Contractor shall provide the Town with at least one (1) separate telephone number which may be used by the Town personnel to communicate with the Contractor after regular business hours or during an emergency.

CONTRACTOR shall operate and 13 maintain its customer service function at CONTRACTOR’s office located in Pacheco, CA, and 14 CONTRACTOR shall assign a local operations supervisor to oversee the services covered 15 under this Agreement that is staffed from CONTRACTOR’s Pacheco, CA office. Customers 16 shall be provided a toll-free phone number to a customer service department that is staffed by 17 trained and experienced customer service representatives. Such office shall be equipped with 18 sufficient telephones that all Collection Service related calls received during normal business 19 hours are answered by an employee, and shall have responsible persons in charge during 20 Collection hours and shall be open during such normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 21 on regularly scheduled Work Days (Monday through Friday) The CONTRACTOR shall provide 22 either a telephone answering service or mechanical device to receive Service Recipient 23 inquiries during those times when the office is closed. Calls received after normal business 24 hours shall be addressed the next Work Day morning.
Contractor’s Office. The Contractor shall be required to maintain an office, which shall be provided with telephones and such personnel as may be necessary to take care of complaints, to receive orders for Additional Services, or to receive any other instruction. Responsible management or supervisory persons shall be accessible at or through the office so as to assure the required performance under the Agreement. When the office is closed, a telephone answering service shall be in operation to receive messages.
