Common use of PROHIBITION OF STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS Clause in Contracts

PROHIBITION OF STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that during the life of this Agreement there will be no strikes, mass resignations, sit-downs, slow-downs, stoppages of work, or other interference with production; and the Company agrees that there will be no lockouts or mass dismissals.

PROHIBITION OF STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. The Union agrees that during the life terms of this Agreement there will shall be no strikesstrikes (economic, mass resignations, sit-downs, slow-downs, stoppages of workunfair labor practice, or other interference with production; otherwise), picketing, stoppage or slowdowns of work by the Union or any of its members, and the Company Employer agrees that during the term of this Agreement there will shall be no lockouts or mass dismissalsby the Employer.
