PROHIBITION OF STRIKES AND LOCKOUTS. Section 15.1 There shall be no interruption or impeding of the work, work stoppage, strike, slowdown or lockout during the term of this Agreement except that the Union shall have the right to strike only to resolve a grievance pursuant to Section 14.3 concerning an occupational description or hourly rate for a new or changed job classification, or in case the grievance involved an occupational classification created by breaking out a portion of a classification or combining two or more classifications, the reasonableness of the Company's taking such action, in the event it strictly complies with the following procedure:
