Bargaining Agent. The Company recognizes the Union as the sole and exclusive bargaining agent for those employees covered by the Union's certification.
Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local 1978, as the exclusive bargaining agent for those bargaining unit employees covered by this Agreement.
Bargaining Agent. The Employers recognize and agree that the Union is the exclusive bargaining agent for the operation, maintenance, Employers shop and job site repair of all heavy construction equipment operated by engineers.
Bargaining Agent. This shall mean the BTU.
Bargaining Agent. The EMPLOYERS are the principals and do not act as the agent of or bind the OWNER for any purpose relating to or arising out of the terms and conditions hereof. Each UNION signatory hereto agrees that it will confer and negotiate only with the EMPLOYERS or their duly authorized representatives on all matters in the administration, interpretation, and enforcement of the terms of this AGREEMENT. In the event of any violation of the terms of this AGREEMENT, the responsible and authorized representative of the UNIONS signatory hereto, or EMPLOYER, as the case may be, shall promptly take such affirmative action as is within their power immediately to correct and terminate the violation.
Bargaining Agent. Each Individual Employer recognizes, acknowledges and agrees that it has satisfied itself that District Council 16 represents a majority of its employees employed to perform all bargaining unit work covered under this Agreement and that the Union is that collective bargaining representative for such employees. The Employer specifically agrees that the Union has demonstrated its majority status and it has properly established a collective bargaining relationship within the meaning of Section 9(a) of the National Labor Relations Act by this Agreement and/or by the execution of previous Agreements.
Bargaining Agent. 3.01 The University recognizes the Association as the sole collective bargaining agent for all members of the bargaining unit. Further, it is recognized by the Parties that the ratification of the document (letter dated November 10, 1999, from Vice President Academic and Xxxxxxx to the President of the Association) by the Parties had the effect of voluntarily recognizing the Faculty Association under the Labour Relations Code.
Bargaining Agent. The bargaining agent shall mean the employee organization certified as the exclusive bargaining agent, pursuant to Chapter 447 of Florida Statutes.
Bargaining Agent. The Division recognizes the Association as the sole bargaining agent for all teachers in the employ of The Winnipeg School Division.
Bargaining Agent. The Employer recognizes the Canadian Union of Public Employees, Local No. 622, as the sole and exclusive collective bargaining agency for all of its employees save and except those excluded by the Labour Relations Code of British Columbia and Article 3 and hereby consents and agrees to negotiate with the Union, or any of its authorized committees, concerning all matters affecting the relationship between the parties to this Agreement, looking towards a peaceful and amicable settlement of any differences that may arise between them.
