Prohibition Until Certificates Received. The Owner will have the right, but not the obligation, to prohibit the Contractor and its Subcontractors from entering the Project site until the required certificates (or other competent evidence that insurance has been obtained in complete compliance with this Article 12) are received and approved by the Owner.
