Project Commencement Date Clause Samples

Project Commencement Date. The Developer shall obtain all required building permits and commence construction on the Project no later than eighteen (18) months from the Effective Date (“Project Commencement Date”). Failure to meet this deadline is a Material Event of Default as defined in this Agreement.
