Target Date definition

Target Date means the date specified as such in the Quote, subject to any variation of that date in accordance with clause 7.6.
Target Date has the meaning specified in Section 3.3.
Target Date means the later of the dates identified in Item 5 of Schedule 1.

More Definitions of Target Date

Target Date has the meaning provided in Section 4.2(a).
Target Date means for each Component, the expected date for delivery and acceptance of such Component, as set forth in each Order or in the installation schedule agreed to by the Parties in writing.
