Project Coordination and Reporting. The Project management, coordination and decisions are handled by the Partnership Bodies: the Coordinator, the Coordination Board and the Steering Committee. The Coordination duet of ACOBSEC is composed of the Coordination Board and Steering Committee described below. It will lead and assist partners in the execution of their scientific objectives, reports’ submissions, creation of the Workshops and secondments management using the Deliverables and Milestones provided in Work Packages to monitor the project with WP Leaders. Coordination Board: The Coordination Board is in charge of keeping track of participant’s secondments and networking activities. It also shall be in charge of the operational daily management of the Project including all decisions not affecting significantly the overall scope, structure and timing of the Project. It shall be in charge of the communication with the REA on behalf of participating partners for all the duration of the Project, and will proceed to report’s submission to the Project Officer and contractual liability between the partners. It will distribute attributed funds to partners with a constant follow-up of researcher’s secondments achievement. Steering Committee: The Steering Committee is the decision-making body of the Partnership and is in charge of the overall supervision and major decisions with regard to the Project. It will supervise joint research activities and PhD Co-advising. It is responsible for providing guidance on overall scientific direction. In addition, the Steering Committee shall collect information at least every six (6) months on the progress of the Project, examine that information to assess the compliance of the Project with the Partnership Plan and, if necessary, propose modifications of the Partnership Plan to the Coordination Board. It is composed by the leading researchers of each Party.
