Project Cost Reports. The CM shall prepare and distribute the project cost reports during the Procurement Phase. The reports shall specify the actual award prices and construction costs for the Project, compared to the Project and Construction Budget. THE CM SHALL PROVIDE UPDATED PROJECT COST REPORTS TO THE OWNER, WITH A COPY TO THE DESIGNER, ON AT LEAST A MONTHLY BASIS.
