Project Goals and Conditions of Granted Incentive(s). Subject to the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement and applicable State law, City procedures, policy and guidelines for the Border City Development Zone Program in effect on the date of execution of this agreement and which are incorporated herein by reference, the City and Project Operator agree that the tax incentive(s) granted pursuant to this Agreement are contingent upon the Project Operator continuing to meet the eligibility and reporting requirements of the Border City Development Zone Program, which include but are not limited to the following:
