A Project Kick‐Off meeting will be held with the Airport, FAA, and any airport stakeholder as determined by the Airport, and the key team members at the very beginning of the project. Discussion items may include: design team, control of correspondence, design standards, design schedule, project submittals/deliverables, and coordination of anticipated impacts to airport operations and/or tenants during design (i.e. additional survey, geotechnical, etc.).
