Site Review. The visit of Department staff or its designees to the site or the administrative office(s) of a Participating Provider, the Contractor and its Participating Providers and/or Subcontractors.
Site Review. (a) The Director shall make the NRC staff available to consult with rep- resentatives of the State of Nevada, af- fected units of local government, and affected Indian Tribes regarding the status of site characterization at the Yucca Mountain site.
(b) Requests for consultation must be made in writing to the Director.
(c) Consultation under this section may include:
(1) Keeping the parties informed of the Director’s views on the progress of site characterization.
(2) Review of applicable NRC regula- tions, licensing procedures, schedules, and opportunities for State, affected units of local government, and Tribe participation in the Commission’s reg- ulatory activities.
(3) Cooperation in development of proposals for State, affected units of local government, and Tribal participa- tion in license reviews.
Site Review services consisting of researching, assembling, review and supplementing information including photography, review of existing design data, review of existing drawings for criticalinaccuracies and review of existing geotechnical report and topographic survey information.
Site Review. (a) When Franchisee has located a proposed site for construction of a Restaurant, Franchisee shall submit to Company such demographic and other information regarding the proposed site and neighboring areas as Company shall require, in the form prescribed by Company (“Site Review Request”). Company may seek such additional information as it deems necessary within 15 days of submission of Franchisee’s Site Review Request, and Franchisee shall respond promptly to such request for additional information. If Company shall not deliver written notice to Franchisee that Company accepts the proposed site, within 30 days of receipt of Franchisee’s Site Review Request, or within 15 days after receipt of such additional requested information, whichever is later, the site shall be deemed rejected. If the Company accepts the proposed site it shall notify Franchisee of its acceptance of the site.
(b) Although Company may voluntarily (without obligation) assist Franchisee in locating an acceptable site for a Restaurant, neither Company’s said assistance, if any, nor its acceptance of any proposed site, whether initially proposed Franchisee or by Company, shall be construed to insure or guarantee the profitable or successful operation of the Restaurant at that site by Franchisee, and Company hereby expressly disclaims any responsibility therefor. Franchisee acknowledges its sole responsibility for finding each site for the Restaurants it develops pursuant to this Agreement.
Site Review. 3.4.1 Supplier shall commence reviewing the Project Site Data and other attributes of the Project Site, including the wind and other climatic conditions at a proposed Project Site, following receipt of a Project Notice delivered in accordance with Section 3.3; provided, however, that, Supplier shall have no obligation to review such conditions with respect to more than two (2) Project Sites proposed by Buyer within any sixty (60) day period. Supplier shall perform such review in accordance with the Site Review Criteria and Prudent Wind Industry Practices. Supplier shall not be required to perform an analysis of the wind resource or the Wind Turbine siting for optimization purposes. Notwithstanding Supplier’s review of the Project Site Data, it shall be the exclusive responsibility of Buyer and the Designated Owner to ensure that the design and layout of the Project Site, wind resource, climatic conditions, topography, grid connection and Project Site are suitable for the Project and support the power output projections for the Project.
3.4.2 Within sixty (60) days following receipt of a complete Project Notice for a potential Project, Supplier shall notify Buyer whether, based on the Site Review Criteria and Prudent Wind Industry Practices, the Project Site Data and other attributes of the Project Site are such that (i) Supplier would provide the Warranties and the Availability Covenants for such Project on the terms and conditions set forth in the forms of Project Documents attached hereto and in accordance with the Annual Fee Parameters without any Project Specific Operational Requirements (a “Standard Unqualified Site Review”), (ii) Supplier would provide the Warranties and the Availability Covenants for such Project on the terms and conditions set forth in the forms of Project Documents attached hereto and in accordance with the Annual Fee Parameters with specified Project Specific Operational Requirements (a “Standard Qualified Site Review”), (iii) Supplier would provide the Warranties and the Availability Covenants for such Project with specified modifications to the terms and conditions to the Supply Agreement and/or Service Agreement and/or any adjustments to the Annual Fee Parameters that would be required for Supplier to enter into Project Documents for such Project (such additional terms and conditions and/or adjustments, collectively, “Project Document Modifications”) and, if applicable, Project Specific Operational Requirements (a “Conditional...
Site Review. A. General Requirement Contractor shall conduct Facility site and Medical Record reviews on all Primary Care Provider sites in accordance with the Site Review Policy Letter, Policy Letter (PL) 14-004 and Title 22, CCR, Section 53856. Contractor shall also conduct Facility Site Physical Accessibility reviews on Primary Care Provider sites, and all Provider sites which serve a high volume of SPD beneficiaries, in accordance with the Site Review Policy Letter, PL 12-006 and W&I Code 14182(b)(9).
B. Pre-Operational Site Reviews The number of site reviews to be completed prior to initiating plan operation in a Service Area shall be based upon the total number of new primary care sites in the Provider Network. For more than 30 sites in the Provider Network, a five (5) percent sample size or a minimum of 30 sites, whichever is greater in number, shall be reviewed six (6) weeks prior to plan operation. Reviews shall be completed on all remaining sites within six (6) months of plan operation. For 30 or fewer sites, reviews shall be completed on all sites six (6) weeks prior to plan operation.
C. Credentialing Site Review A site review is required as part of the credentialing process when both the facility and the Provider are added to the Contractor’s Provider Network. If a Provider is added to Contractor’s Provider Network, and the Provider site has a current passing site review survey score, a site survey need not be repeated for Provider credentialing or recredentialing.
Site Review. Conduct a site investigation to verify the information noted in the previous NHC report, record observations that are different, gather field measurements, and take digital photographs. Identify a reference reach, if present, within the limits of the site review. During this site review, the OHWM will be flagged and then the locations recorded using GPS for use of transferring on to the site survey base map.
Site Review. Consultant may offer to perform the following tasks:
1. Assist the City in reviewing potential site alternatives for given property assignments, for both lease and purchase options.
2. Evaluate site alternatives and prepare a narrative analysis of each offer.
3. Provide an economic analysis of all alternatives and prepare a report of such analysis.
4. Recommend the best possible alternative, providing backup as necessary to substantiate.
5. Assist in the coordination of legal, survey, and title work.
Site Review. Contractor has reviewed the Site and other areas to be provided by Owner under this Agreement and acknowledges that they are sufficient for the performance of the Work.
Site Review. If specific technical assistance is requested by the site manager, the auditor may request permission in writing from the Authority's Program Manager to perform a site review. The Authority Program Manager will grant or deny permission in writing on the pre-survey form.
