Common use of Project Management System Clause in Contracts

Project Management System. 1.6.1 For projects with an Approved Construction Budget greater than ten million and 00/100 Dollars ($10,000,000.00), or as directed by the Owner, the Professional shall provide all project scheduling deliverables from the current versions of Primavera P6 ™. The Owner will provide the Professional with templates to be used in the generation of the project schedule(s).
