De-installation. 1. The de-installation fee does cover the de-installation service, transport, revision, and stockkeeping of relevant units for up to 6 months at the suppliers premises.
De-installation. In the event that any of the Equipment is de-installed during the Service Term, the Annual Fixed Charge remains payable in respect of the de- installed Equipment until 60 days after GEHC receives written notification from you of the intended date of de-installation or the actual date of de-installation (as the case maybe).
De-installation. De-installation should take place during regular library hours. No early removal prior to established date. Unless discussed prior to show and professional installer hired, all exhibitors are expected to complete de-installation and remove all hanging hardware. The library has no secure storage for artwork held temporarily. In addition, the insurance aspect of the exhibition agreement is scheduled to end on the indicated dismantle date.
De-installation. Removal of all exhibition elements. De-installation includes dismantling of all Protean walls
De-installation. Installation or De-installation shall be carried out by the legal manufacturer Xxxxxx Biomet.
De-installation. Artist will de-install the Project during the dates specified in the Project Details. Artist will make arrangements for relocating the Project following de-installation.
De-installation i. The Exhibitor is responsible for the de-installation and removal of the exhibitors works and return of the gallery to its pre- exhibition condition, at completion of the rental period.
ii. All works including sold works must be de-installed and removed from the Venue on or before the last day of the Rental Period as Gallery 109 has no storage facility. Failure to comply will result in additional costs being charged to the Exhibitor.
iii. Where the exhibitor has arranged for sold work to be collected by purchasers direct from the Gallery, the exhibitor shall be responsible to arrange and coordinate the packaging and collection on or before the last day of the Rental Period.
iv. Hanging cables shall be removed and returned to the designated storage drawer (unless otherwise directed by the gallery manager). Sold Stickers and labels to be removed.
v. Any marks to walls shall be cleaned off. Any damage to walls or holes as a result of the display of the exhibitors works shall be patched, sanded and touched up using paint supplied by the Gallery. Alternatively, the gallery will arrange for this to be done by a contractor for a fee of $90 +GST.
vi. All rubbish to be removed from the Venue and floors swept.
vii. Gallery and Toilet Keys to be returned to the Gallery manager and receipt to be acknowledged in writing.
De-installation. Pursuant to subparagraph 6.3 above, if Client does not make the Installation Site available for de-installation of the Product in a timely fashion or the Equipment is not returned in original working condition (less reasonable wear and tear), then Company will invoice for (and Client will continue to be obliged to pay) ongoing Monthly Recurring Charges in accordance with the then-current SOW; provided that Client has not elected to exercise any relevant Client option to purchase the Product according to Company’s standard terms and conditions of sale set forth in the relevant SOW or Rate Card reference. Without limiting the foregoing sentence, upon uncured default, insolvency, or Client’s failure or refusal to allow de-installation, Company will have the right to take immediate possession of the Equipment and Product without legal process and to exercise any other remedies available to it in law or in equity, and Client will be obligated to pay all reasonable costs incurred to enforce Company’s rights related to such, including, without limitation, collection costs and attorneys’ fees.
De-installation. The Individual or DBS will coordinate by phone the scheduling of the time for de-installation with the Installation Partner. Installation Partner will de-install a Device at the mutually convenient scheduled de- installation appointment. Installation Partner will make every effort to accommodate short notice de-installs. At the time of any such exchange, Installation Partner will conduct an inspection of the Device’s wiring system. If evidence of a tampering is discovered, Installation Partner agrees to contact DBS immediately to convey information pertaining to the specific nature and extent of the tampering that was discovered. DBS may, at its discretion, request photos of the wiring or tamper condition discovered as well as written documentation of the nature and extent of the tampering.
De-installation a. All artwork sold or otherwise claimed during Artomatic must remain installed for the duration of the event. Artwork is not permitted to leave the building during the course of the Event.
b. Participants agree to de-install work during scheduled de-installation hours.
c. De-Installation shall run from April 29 through May 11. The open hours for deinstallation shall be:
i. Monday: 5:00 pm – 9:30 pm ii. Tuesday: 5:00pm – 9:30pm
iii. Wednesday: 5:00pm – 9:30pm iv. iv. Thursday: 5:00pm – 9:30pm
v. Friday: 12:00pm – 9:00pm
vi. Saturday: 12:00 pm – 9:00pm
vii. Sunday: 12:00 pm – 9:00pm
