Project Monitoring. The Department or any of its authorized agents may monitor and inspect all phases and aspects of the Contractor’s performance to determine compliance with the SCOPE OF WORK, the proper use of Program funds, and other technical and administrative requirements of this Contract, including the adequacy of the Contractor’s records and accounts. The Department will advise the Contractor of any specific areas of concern and provide the Contractor opportunity to propose corrective actions acceptable to the Department.
