Desk Reviews and Site Visits. CI regards monitoring of project activities as essential to effective grant making. CI, its representatives and assignees, and representatives from each of the Funding Sources, may conduct desk reviews and/or site visits to review project progress and results. Grantee will provide proof of asset acquisition as requested by CI. To the extent possible, CI shall advise Grantee of any site visit in reasonable advance.

Desk Reviews and Site Visits. HUD authorized representatives have the right to conduct desk reviews and/or to make site visits at reasonable times to review award and work plan accomplishments, management control and fiscal management systems, and award documentation; and to provide technical assistance, if needed (as determined by HUD), or based on the results of a pre-award risk assessment. The awardee must provide, and must require its contractors and consultants to provide, reasonable access to facilities, office space, resources, and assistance for the safety and convenience of the government representatives in the performance of their duties. All desk reviews, site visits and evaluations must be performed in a manner that does not unduly interfere with or delay the work of the awardee.

  • Site Visits ‌ The Commission may visit the School at any time and may, at its discretion, conduct site visits and monitoring. When appropriate, the Commission shall make reasonable efforts to provide notice of visits. Such site visits may include any activities reasonably related to fulfillment of the Commission’s oversight responsibilities including, but not limited to, inspection of the facilities; audit of financial books and records; inspection of records maintained by the School; interviews and observations of the principal, staff, school families, staff of an affiliated nonprofit or educational service provider and community members; and observation of classroom instruction.

  • Site Visit 7.1 The Tenderer, at the Tenderer's own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine and inspect the Site of the Required Services and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering in to a contract for the Services. The costs of visiting the Site shall beat the Tenderer's own expense.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.

  • Reviews (a) During the term of this Agreement and for 7 years after the term of this Agreement, the HSP agrees that the LHIN or its authorized representatives may conduct a Review of the HSP to confirm the HSP’s fulfillment of its obligations under this Agreement.
