PROJECT OFFICER. The OWNER shall name a Project Officer to act as the OWNER’s representative with respect to the work performed under this Agreement. All correspondence with OWNER relating to PROJECT shall be directed to the Project Officer and the Project Officer shall be invited to all progress meetings and other meetings called during the PROJECT.
