Common use of PROJECT OFFICER Clause in Contracts

PROJECT OFFICER. The performance of the Contractor required by this Agreement is subject to the review and acceptance of the County Project Officer, who shall be appointed by the Director of the Department of Community Planning, Housing and Development or designee. However, it shall be the responsibility of the Contractor to manage the details of the execution and performance of its work under this Agreement.
