Common use of Project Operational Manual Clause in Contracts

Project Operational Manual. The Recipient shall carry out the Project in accordance with procedures set forth in the Project Operational Manual, and, except as the Association shall otherwise agree, shall not amend or waive any provision thereof, if such amendment or waiver may, in the opinion of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.

Project Operational Manual. 1. The Recipient shall carry out ensure that its Respective Part of the Project is carried out in accordance with the arrangements, procedures and guidelines set forth out in the Project Operational Manual. 2. In case of any conflict between the arrangements and procedures set out in the Project Operational Manual and the provisions of this Agreement, and, except the provisions of this Agreement shall prevail. 3. Except as the Association shall otherwise agree, the Recipient shall not amend amend, abrogate, waive or waive fail to enforce any provision thereof, if such amendment or waiver may, in of the opinion Project Operational Manual without the prior written agreement of the Association, materially or adversely affect the implementation of the Project.
