Common use of Project Personnel Clause in Contracts

Project Personnel. a) The Department shall designate a project administrator (the “Project Administrator”), who may be replaced at the discretion of the Department. The Project Administrator shall have the authority to act for the Department under this Contract for any Deliverable(s) initially acquired/installed from the Contractor and such authority shall continue to be in effect throughout the term of this Contract. b) Department shall, in its discretion, have the right to require and approve Key Contractor Personnel. If Department is dissatisfied with the performance of any prior approved Key Contractor Personnel, Department shall notify Contractor of Department’s desire to change any Key Contractor Personnel.
