Common use of Project Report Clause in Contracts

Project Report. The Recipient agrees to: (1) Prepare and make available a comprehensive report of the results of the Project, the conclusions reached, and the methods used. (2) Include appropriate notice in the report that: (a) the report is being disseminated under the sponsorship of the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, in order to xxxxxx information exchange, (b) the U.S. Government assumes no liability or responsibility for the contents of that report or the use of that report, (c) the U.S. Government is not endorsing any manufacturers, products, or services cited in that report, and (d) any trade name that may appear in that report has been included only because it is essential to the contents of that report.
