Project Reports; Completion Report. 1. The Recipient shall monitor and evaluate the progress of the Project and prepare Project Reports in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions and on the basis of indicators acceptable to the World Bank. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month after the end of the period covered by such report. 2. The Recipient shall prepare the Completion Report in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions. The Completion Report shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than six months after the Closing Date. 3. Not later than eighteen (18) months after the Effective Date, the Recipient shall, in conjunction with the World Bank, carry out a mid-term review of the Project (the “Mid-term Review”), covering the progress achieved in the implementation of the Project. The Recipient shall prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the World Bank, and furnish to the World Bank not less than three (3) months prior to the beginning of the Mid-term Review, a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to this Agreement, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of such report, and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient continued carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objective of the Project during the period following such date. Following the Mid-term Review, the Recipient shall act promptly and diligently in order to take, or cause to be taken, any corrective action deemed necessary by the World Bank to remedy any shortcoming noted in the carrying out of the Project in furtherance of the objective of the Project.

The Recipient shall: (a) on or about the date eighteen (18) months after the date of this Agreement, submit to the World Bank a mid-term report, in such detail as the World Bank shall reasonably request, documenting progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of the mid-term report, taking into account the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Part A, and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objective thereof during the period following such date; and (b) review with the World Bank the mid-term report, on or about the date one month after its submission, and thereafter take all measures required to ensure the efficient implementation of the Project and the achievement of its objective, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the mid-term report and the World Bank’s views on the matter. 3. The Recipient shall prepare the Completion Report in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions. The Completion Report shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than six months after the Closing Date. 3. Each Project Report shall cover the period of one calendar semester, and shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than one (1) month 45 days after the end of the period covered by such report; (b) prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the World Bank, and furnish to the World Bank, on or about June 30, 2012 a report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of said report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date; and (c) review with the World Bank, by July 31, 2012 or such later date as the World Bank shall request, the report referred to in sub-paragraph (c) of this paragraph, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of the said report and the World Bank’s views on the matter. 2. The Recipient shall prepare the Completion Report in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions. The Completion Report shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than six months after the Closing Date. 3. (i) The Recipient shall prepare, under terms of reference satisfactory to the Recipient and the World Bank, and furnish to the World Bank, by September 30, 2011 or such later date as may be agreed between the Recipient and the World Bank, a mid-term report integrating the results of the monitoring and evaluation activities performed pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Section II.A, on the progress achieved in the carrying out of the Project during the period preceding the date of such report and setting out the measures recommended to ensure the efficient carrying out of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof during the period following such date. (ii) The Recipient shall review such mid-term report with the World Bank, by the date which is forty-five (45) days after the date on which such mid-term report is submitted pursuant to the foregoing paragraph, and, thereafter, take all measures required to ensure the efficient completion of the Project and the achievement of the objectives thereof, based on the conclusions and recommendations of such report and the World Bank’s views on the matter. 2. The Recipient shall prepare the Completion Report in accordance with the provisions of Section 2.06 of the Standard Conditions. The Completion Report shall be furnished to the World Bank not later than six (6) months after the Closing Date. 3.
