Common use of Project Scope Clause in Contracts

Project Scope. This Agreement and its appendices constitute the entire Agreement between the State and the Grantee and may be modified only by written agreement between the State and the Grantee. (A) The scope of this project is limited to the activities specified in Appendix A and such activities as are authorized by the State under this Agreement. Any change in project scope requires prior written approval in accordance with Section III, Changes, in this Agreement. (B) By acceptance of this Agreement, the Grantee commits to complete the project identified in Appendix A within the time period allowed for in this Agreement and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
