PROJECT SITES AND SELECTION OF STUDY COMMUNITIES. ‌ The HAUPA project was implemented in two provinces: Cabo Xxxxxxx and Nampula. The project districts were the Balama, Montepuez, and Namuno districts in Cabo Xxxxxxx Province and the Erati and Mecuburi districts in Nampula Province. Two districts, Balama and Montepuez, were chosen as the sites for the project evaluation due to the availability of support from the CARE office in Pemba. The evaluation project was chosen through a discussion with the project manager of the HAUPA project.

The District will ensure that plans are implemented for each school in compliance with the requirements of the State Board pursuant to 1 CCR 301-1.

  • No Storing Hazardous Articles Not to keep or store any offensive, combustible, obnoxious, hazardous or dangerous articles in the said Apartment, the Common Areas, and the Building.

  • Prohibition Against Selecting and Installing Products Containing Hazardous Materials The Contractor shall not select, install or otherwise incorporate any products or materials containing Hazardous Materials within the boundaries of the Site. Should the Contractor or any Subcontractors have knowledge that, or believe that, an item, component, material, substance, or accessory within a product or assembly selected by the Contractor or any Subcontractor may contain Hazardous Materials it is the Contractor’s responsibility to secure a written certification from the manufacturer of any suspected material which identifies the specific Hazardous Material(s) contained, together with the Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for such materials which shall be submitted to the Owner and Design Professional.

  • SITE VISITS AND RECORD REVIEW The Applicant shall allow authorized employees of the District, the Comptroller, the Appraisal District, and the State Auditor’s Office to have reasonable access to the Applicant’s Qualified Property and business records from the Application Review Start Date through the Final Termination Date, in order to inspect the project to determine compliance with the terms hereof or as necessary to properly appraise the Taxable Value of the Applicant’s Qualified Property.

  • OFFICE OF MANAGEMENT AND BUDGET (OMB) AUDIT REQUIREMENTS The parties shall comply with the requirements of the Single Audit Act of 1984, P.L. 98-502, ensuring that the single audit report includes the coverage stipulated in 2 CFR 200.
