Common use of Project Specifications Clause in Contracts

Project Specifications. The specifications of the project, annexed hereto, consists of administrative and technical clauses defining the conditions, the duties and obligations of parties and their participants for project (s) realization, in regards to infrastructure, public utility works, operations and management services.
