Retain Existing Full-time Jobs a. Throughout the term of this Agreement the Company shall retain at least 2,768 full-time jobs at its Combined Operations. To count towards satisfaction of this provision, each retained job must be a full-time job performed in the City of Austin by an employee of NXP USA, Inc. who was employed by NXP USA, Inc. as of the Effective Date of this Agreement (the "Existing Job"). b. If on December 31 of any year during the term of this Agreement the number of Existing Jobs retained is less than 2,768 at the Company’s Combined Operations, the number of New Full-Time Jobs required at the Combined Operations under sections 1.2.02 and 1.2.03 shall be increased job for job by the amount of the deficit in Existing Jobs.

To count towards satisfaction of this provision, each retained job must be a full-time job performed in the City of Austin by an employee of Astute Electronics Inc. who was employed by Astute Electronics Inc. as of the Effective Date of this Agreement (the "Existing Job"). b. If on December 31 of any year during the term of this Agreement the number of Existing Jobs retained is less than 4, the number of New Full- Time Jobs required under sections 1.2.02 and 1.2.03 shall be increased job for job by the amount of the deficit in Existing Jobs.

If on December 31 of any year during the term of this Agreement the number of Existing Jobs retained is less than 23, the number of New Full-Time Jobs required under sections 1.2.07 and 1.2.08 shall be increased job for job by the amount of the deficit in Existing Jobs.
Retain Existing Full-time Jobs a. The Company shall retain at least 15 full-time jobs in the City of Austin, throughout the term of this Agreement. To count towards satisfaction of this provision, each retained job must be a full-time job performed in the City of Austin by employees of the Company who were employed by the Company as of the Effective Date of this Agreement (the "Existing Job"). b. The Company is obligated to retain 15 Existing Jobs throughout the term of this Agreement; however employees in Existing Jobs are not required to be Target New Full-time Employees, Target Apprentices, or Target Interns. c. Employees hired after the Effective Date of this Agreement due to turnover in Existing Jobs are not required to be Target New Full-time Employees, Target Apprentices, or Target Interns.

  • Full-Time Nurse is a Nurse who is hired to a position on a regular or temporary basis to work the work period described in Article 7.00 of this Agreement.

  • Best Efforts/Full-time Executive will expend Executive’s best efforts on behalf of Company, and will abide by all policies and decisions made by Company, as well as all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations or ordinances.   • Regular Full-Time Employees A regular full-time employee is one who works full-time on a regularly scheduled basis. Regular full-time employees accumulate seniority and are entitled to all benefits outlined in this Collective Agreement.
