CONTRACTOR TO PACKAGE DELIVERABLES The Contractor will package deliverables in accordance with good commercial practice and shall include a packing list showing the description of each item, the quantity and unit price unless otherwise provided in the Specifications or Supplemental Terms and Conditions, each shipping container shall be clearly and permanently marked as follows: (a) The Contractor's name and address, (b) the City’s name, address and purchase order or purchase release number and the price agreement number if applicable, (c) Container number and total number of containers, e.g. box 1 of 4 boxes, and (d) the number of the container bearing the packing list. The Contractor shall bear cost of packaging. Deliverables shall be suitably packed to secure lowest transportation costs and to conform to all the requirements of common carriers and any applicable specification. The City's count or weight shall be final and conclusive on shipments not accompanied by packing lists.
Claim by Contractor After receipt of the Notice of Termination from the state, the Contractor shall submit any claim for additional costs not covered herein or elsewhere in the Contract within 60 days of the effective termination date, and not thereafter. Should the Contractor fail to submit a claim within the 60-day period, the State may, at its sole discretion, based on information available to it, determine what, if any, compensation is due the Contractor and pay the Contractor the determined amount.
Selection of Subcontractors, Procurement of Materials and Leasing of Equipment The contractor shall not discriminate on the grounds of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or disability in the selection and retention of subcontractors, including procurement of materials and leases of equipment. The contractor shall take all necessary and reasonable steps to ensure nondiscrimination in the administration of this contract.
Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance Report A. In accordance with 5 NYCRR § 142.10, Contractor is required to report Monthly MWBE Contractor Compliance to OGS during the term of the Contract for the preceding month’s activity, documenting progress made towards achievement of the Contract MWBE goals. OGS requests that all Contractors use the New York State Contract System (“NYSCS”) to report subcontractor and supplier payments made by Contractor to MWBEs performing work under the Contract. The NYSCS may be accessed at xxxxx://xx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/. This is a New York State-based system that all State agencies and authorities will be implementing to ensure uniform contract compliance reporting throughout New York State.
Monthly Status Reports 19.1.1 During the Operation Period, the Concessionaire shall, no later than 7 (seven) days after the close of each month, furnish to the Authority and the Independent Engineer a monthly report stating in reasonable detail the condition of the Project including its compliance or otherwise with the Maintenance Requirements, Maintenance Manual, Maintenance Program and Safety Requirements, and shall promptly give such other relevant information as may be required by the Independent Engineer or the Authority. In particular, such report shall separately identify and state in reasonable detail the defects and deficiencies that require rectification.
EDD Independent Contractor Reporting Requirements Effective January 1, 2001, the County of Orange is required to file in accordance with subdivision (a) of Section 6041A of the Internal Revenue Code for services received from a “service provider” to whom the County pays $600 or more or with whom the County enters into a contract for $600 or more within a single calendar year. The purpose of this reporting requirement is to increase child support collection by helping to locate parents who are delinquent in their child support obligations. The term “service provider” is defined in California Unemployment Insurance Code Section 1088.8, subparagraph B.2 as “an individual who is not an employee of the service recipient for California purposes and who received compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that service recipient within or without the state.” The term is further defined by the California Employment Development Department to refer specifically to independent Contractors. An independent Contractor is defined as “an individual who is not an employee of the ... government entity for California purposes and who receives compensation or executes a contract for services performed for that ... government entity either in or outside of California.” The reporting requirement does not apply to corporations, general partnerships, limited liability partnerships, and limited liability companies. Status Reports DSI will issue to Depositor and Preferred Beneficiary a report profiling the account history at least semi-annually. DSI may provide copies of the account history pertaining to this Agreement upon the request of any party to this Agreement.
