Common use of Project Steering Committee Clause in Contracts

Project Steering Committee. 1. The Recipient shall maintain throughout Project implementation, the PSC, with mandate and composition acceptable to the Association, to be responsible for the overall oversight of the Project and, as such, to ensure that Project activities are implemented in a manner consistent with the development objective of the Project in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and the PIM.
