Common use of Projects Clause in Contracts

Projects. All capital outlay projects, to be funded in whole or in part from the remaining SPLOST proceeds, net of proceeds allocated to pay the cost of the Level Two Projects, are listed in Exhibit B which is attached hereto and made part of this Agreement.
