Promoter’s Lock-In. On and from the effective date of this agreement and during the Incubation period, each promoter jointly and severally undertakes that he/she shall not, without the prior written consent of FIRST, transfer to any other Person, all or any part of the shares held by him/her.

Promoter’s Lock-In. 12.1.1. The Promoters acknowledge and agree that except with the prior written consent of the Investors, none of the Promoters shall transfer any of the Shares held by them in the Company as long as the Investor holds any Shares in the Company. It is clarified that the Promotes may transfer the Promoter Shares among the Promoters inter se.

  • Working Alone or in Isolation The Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall have the mandate to review procedures established by the Employer for checking the well-being of employees working alone or in isolation under conditions which present a risk of disabling injury where the employee might not be able to secure assistance in the event of injury.
