Promoter’s Lock-In. On and from the effective date of this agreement and during the Incubation period, each promoter jointly and severally undertakes that he/she shall not, without the prior written consent of FIRST, transfer to any other Person, all or any part of the shares held by him/her.

Promoter’s Lock-In. 12.1.1.   • Working Alone or in Isolation The Occupational Health and Safety Committee shall have the mandate to review procedures established by the Employer for checking the well-being of employees working alone or in isolation under conditions which present a risk of disabling injury where the employee might not be able to secure assistance in the event of injury.
