Prior to its publication and release, Equifax must review and approve all Client-created advertising, marketing and promotional material that describes the Pre-Qualification Information or which refers to the nature or capabilities of Equifax or otherwise mentions or refers to Equifax by name. Equifax will be provided with a minimum of twenty (20) business days in which to review such material including any changes thereto.
