Promotion Raises. A bargaining unit faculty member who is promoted in academic rank shall receive an increase to his or her annual base salary on the effective date of the promotion, as follows: Promotion to associate professor of practice/instruction: the greater of ten percent (10%) or $3,000. Promotion to professor of practice/instruction: the greater of twelve percent (12%) or $4,000. Promotion to associate professor: the greater of ten percent (10%) or $7,000. Promotion to professor: the greater of twelve percent (12%) or $10,000.
