PROMOTIONAL TOOLS. We’ve created a number of promotional tools for your event and they’re available for download at XxxxxxXxxxx.xxx/XxxxxxxxXxxxx This section of our site includes printed materials like posters, sample press release templates, and more. Be sure to peruse this section and allow enough time to download / add your local event information in the area provided, print your materials and distribute the items. When you insert information about your event onto the printed materials, be sure to include the following: Event day and date, venue name with city and state, time doors open and event starting time, ticket prices (specify breakdown like $x advance and $x at the door) and where they’re available. Be sure to include a local phone number or contact info for questions and any logos or other applicable information for related sponsors you may acquire. Ticket Outlets Offering tickets via iTickets online is crucial, but not everyone will purchase tickets this way so it’s important to offer several sources to make it easy for your audience to purchase. This includes making tickets available at local Christian bookstores and area churches. An easy to use ticket consignment form is supplied on our promoter tools download page. Online ticket sales (and printing) are available through iTickets (see performance section). The quantity of tickets you make available at area locations should be dependent on how far they are from the host church venue. For example, a bookstore 30 minutes away may only need 50-100 tickets while a store 15 minutes away may require 200 or more tickets. Ask your outlet to make sure a poster is hung in a prominent location(s) where it will be easily seen. Explain to each outlet that under no circumstance should they tell anyone the event is sold out, even if their location has run out of tickets. Only upon your instruction should they tell people the event is sold out. Don’t forget to give them your phone number to replenish tickets. The Countdown
