PROMPT PAYMENT FOR CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS. (this clause is applicable to contracts which incorporate or refer to Section 52.232-27 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation) The Contractor agrees to be bound by and to comply with the terms and conditions of the clause entitled "Prompt Payment for Construction Contracts (OCT 2008)," which is contained in Section 52.232-27 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (section 52.232-27 of title 48 of the Code of Federal Regulations), including the requirements set forth in subsection (c) "Subcontract clause requirements".
