Proper Training and Education. No employee shall be required or allowed to work on any job or operate any piece of equipment until he/she has received proper training and instruction. The Employer shall notify all workers exposed to a particular toxic substance or safety hazard of the dangers they face, possible symptoms, necessary medical tests and treatment, and plans to eliminate the hazard.
