Borrower shall deliver to Lender no later than the tenth (10th) Business Day of each calendar month, commencing with the calendar month ending August 31, 2014, (i) an updated Properties Schedule containing each of the data fields set forth on Schedule II (other than those under the caption “BPO Values”); provided, that the information under the caption “Underwritten Net Cash Flow” need only be updated in the Properties Schedule that is delivered in March, June, September and December of each year, commencing with the Properties Schedule delivered in December 2014 and (ii) a calculation of the monthly turnover rate for the Properties for the prior calendar month, which shall be equal to the number of Properties that became vacant during such calendar month divided by the daily average number of Properties during such calendar month. The foregoing information shall be delivered together with a certificate of a Responsible Officer of Borrower certifying that it is true, correct and complete in all material respects (i) with respect to the information in the Properties Schedule other than Underwritten Net Cash Flow data, as of the last day of the preceding calendar month, (ii) with respect to the Underwritten Net Cash Flow data in the Properties Schedule, for the calendar quarter most recently ended, and (iii) with respect to the turnover rate of the Properties, for the prior calendar month.
