Property Abandoned. If Tenant abandons or surrenders the Premises, or is dispossessed by process of law or otherwise, any of Tenant’s Property left on the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, and, at Landlord’s option, title shall pass to Landlord under this Lease as by a bxxx of sale. If Landlord elects to remove all or any part of such Tenant’s Property, the cost of removal, including repairing any damage to the Premises or Building caused by such removal, shall be paid by Tenant.

Property Abandoned. If Tenant abandons or surrenders the Leased Premises, or is dispossessed by process of law or otherwise, any of Tenant’s Property left on the Leased Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, and, at Landlord’s option, title shall pass to Landlord under this Lease as by a xxxx of sale, subject to any prior lienholder, consistent with state law. If Landlord elects to remove all or any part of such Tenant’s Property, the cost of removal, including repairing any damage to the Leased Premises caused by such removal, including repairing any damage to the Leased Premises caused by such removal, shall be paid by Tenant.

If Landlord elects to remove all or any part of such Tenant’s Property, the cost of removal, including repairing any damage to the Premises or Building caused by such removal, shall be paid by Tenant.
Property Abandoned. All property remaining in the Premises upon termination shall be considered to have been abandoned by Tenant and Landlord may dispose of it in any manner Landlord wishes. Tenant will reimburse Landlord for all costs incurred for disposal together with all costs for repairs required because of removal of all or any such abandoned property.
Property Abandoned. All property of Xxxxxx’s remaining in the Leased Premises after thirty (30) days of the termination of the Lease Agreement shall be considered to have been abandoned by Tenant and Landlord may dispose of such in any manner Landlord wishes. Tenant will reimburse Landlord for all costs incurred for disposal together with all reasonable costs for repairs required due to Landlord’s removal of all or any such abandoned property.

  • Abandoned Property If Tenant abandons the Premises, or is dispossessed by process of law or otherwise, any movable furniture, equipment, trade fixtures or personal property belonging to Tenant and left in the Premises shall be deemed to be abandoned, at the option of Landlord, and Landlord shall have the right to sell or otherwise dispose of such personal property in any commercially reasonable manner.

  • Property Use The Property shall be used only for industrial, warehouse and office purposes, and for no other use without the prior written consent of Lender, which consent may be withheld in Lender's sole and absolute discretion.

  • Property Agreements A complete list of all FF&E Leases, Service Contracts and Leases (other than those entered into by the Existing Manager on its own behalf) used in or otherwise relating to the operation and business of the Hotel is attached hereto as Exhibit C-1, and, to Seller’s knowledge, a complete list of all other FF&E Leases, Service Contracts and Leases used in or otherwise relating to the operation and business of the Hotel is attached hereto as Exhibit C-2. There are no leases, license agreements, leasing agent’s agreements, equipment leases, building service agreements, maintenance contracts, suppliers contracts, warranty contracts, operating agreements, or other agreements (i) to which Seller is a party or an assignee, or (ii) to Seller’s knowledge, binding upon the Hotel, relating to the ownership, occupancy, operation, management or maintenance of the Real Property, FF&E, Supplies or Tradenames, except for those Service Contracts, Leases, Warranties and FF&E Leases disclosed on Exhibit C or to be delivered to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.1. The Service Contracts, Leases, Warranties and FF&E Leases disclosed on Exhibit C or to be delivered to Buyer pursuant to Section 3.1 are in full force and effect, and no default has occurred and is continuing thereunder and no circumstances exist which, with the giving of notice, the lapse of time or both, would constitute such a default. No party has any right or option to acquire the Hotel or any portion thereof, other than Buyer.

  • Property The word "Property" means all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to all the Property as described in the "Collateral Description" section of this Agreement.

To the Knowledge of CPA14, the use of CPA14 Intangible Property by CPA14 or the CPA14 Subsidiaries does not, in any material respect, conflict with, infringe upon, violate or interfere with or constitute an appropriation of any right, title, interest or goodwill, including, without limitation, any intellectual property right, trademark, trade name, patent, service xxxx, brand xxxx, brand name, computer program, database, industrial design, copyright or any pending application therefor, of any other Person, and there have been no claims made, and neither CPA14 nor any of the CPA14 Subsidiaries has received any notice of any claims or otherwise has Knowledge of any claims that any of the CPA14 Intangible Property is invalid or conflicts with the asserted rights of any other Person or has not been used or enforced or has failed to have been used or enforced in a manner that would result in the abandonment, cancellation or unenforceability of any of the CPA14 Intangible Property, except for any such conflict, infringement, violation, interference, claim, invalidity, abandonment, cancellation or unenforceability that, individually or in the aggregate, would not reasonably be expected to have a CPA14 Material Adverse Effect.
