Property Inspections. Agent shall perform two (2) property inspections in the first year of any tenancy at no cost to Owner. Tenants occupying a property for longer than one (1) year shall be subject to one (1) inspection per additional year of occupancy unless Agent deems additional inspections necessary at sole discretion of Agent. Additional inspections upon Owners request shall paid to Agent at $75.00 per inspection.
