Property tax information. The most recent notices of valuation and tax bills covering the Property, together with copies of any other notices with respect to taxes received by Seller since such tax bills were issued ;
Property tax information. A copy of the current property tax statement showing all parcel tax identification numbers assigned to the Project (i.e. county, city, and school), the approximate dates tax statements are issued and the date taxes would become delinquent if not paid should be provided to the construction lender.
Property tax information. The parties hereto acknowledge that the property taxes, local improvement district assessments and other assessments may not be segregated by the Close of Escrow. If a separate tax account has been created and a separate tax bill has been issued for the Unit prior to the Close of Escrow, then Escrow Holder shall prorate all taxes and assessments based on the most-recent tax bill for the Unit. If a separate tax account and a separate tax bill for the Unit have not been issued prior to the Close of Escrow, then Escrow Holder shall prorate all taxes and assessments based upon Seller's determination, on an equitable basis, of the amount of taxes and assessments applicable to the Property for the then-current tax year, which Seller shall submit to Escrow Holder in writing prior to the Close of Escrow. All prorations and adjustments are to be made on the basis of a thirty (30) day month. Buyer acknowledges that a separate tax account and a separate tax bill for the Unit may not be issued for some time after Close of Escrow. Xxxxx agrees that, until a separate tax account is created for the Unit, and tax bills for the Unit are sent to Buyer, post-closing tax bills for the Unit and Condominium will be sent to the Association, and that all items attributable to the Unit will be assessed by the Association against the Buyer’s Unit as a supplemental special assessment. Buyer and Seller will cooperate with each other after the Close of Escrow if any post-closing adjustments are required to be made to the tax prorations.

Real Property Taxes do not include: (A) franchise, transfer, inheritance or capital stock taxes, or income taxes measured by the net income of Landlord from all sources, unless any such taxes are levied or assessed against Landlord as a substitute for, in whole or in part, any Real Property Tax; (B) Impositions and all similar amounts payable by tenants of the Project under their leases; and (C) penalties, fines, interest or charges due for late payment of Real Property Taxes by Landlord. If any Real Property Taxes are payable, or may at the option of the taxpayer be paid, in installments, such Real Property Taxes shall, together with any interest that would otherwise be payable with such installment, be deemed to have been paid in installments, amortized over the maximum time period allowed by applicable law. If the tax statement from a taxing authority does not allocate Real Property Taxes to the Building, Landlord shall make the determination of the proper allocation of such Real Property Taxes based, to the extent possible, upon records of the taxing authority and, if not so available, then on an equitable basis. Real Property Taxes also do not include any increases in the taxes, assessments, charges, excises and levies assessed against the Project due solely to the construction or installation of tenant improvements or other alterations by tenants of the Project other than Tenant and any other tenants or occupants of the Building; provided, however, that if any Real Property Taxes are imposed or increased due to the construction or installation of tenant improvements or other alterations in the Building, such Real Property Taxes shall be equitably prorated in Landlord's reasonable judgment between Tenant and any other tenants of the Building.

  • Property Taxes Landlord shall pay, prior to delinquency, all general real estate taxes and installments of special assessments coming due during the Lease term on the Leased Premises, and all personal property taxes with respect to Landlord's personal property, if any, on the Leased Premises. Tenant shall be responsible for paying all personal property taxes with respect to Tenant's personal property at the Leased Premises.

  • Tax Return Information By the 31st day of March of each Fiscal Year of the Partnership, the General Partner, at the expense of the Partnership, shall cause to be delivered to the Limited Partners such information as shall be necessary (including a statement for that year of each Limited Partner’s share of net income, net gains, net losses and other items of the Partnership for the preceding Fiscal Year) for the preparation by the Limited Partners of their Federal, state and local income and other tax returns.

  • Tax Information Returns and Reports The Service Provider shall prepare and file, and require to be prepared and filed by any brokers or banks as to their Customers, with the appropriate governmental agencies, such information, returns and reports as are required to be so filed for reporting: (i) dividends and other distributions made; (ii) amounts withheld on dividends and other distributions and payments under applicable federal and state laws, rules and regulations; and (iii) gross proceeds of sales transactions as required.
