Proposal Fee. Borrowers shall have paid to Lender, in connection with the transactions contemplated hereunder and under the Related Loan Agreement, a proposal fee of $100,000 (the "PROPOSAL FEE"), which fee lender acknowledges was received prior to the Closing Date and agrees will be applied to customary closing costs and expenses such as reasonable attorney's fees, business valuations and title insurance charges.
Proposal Fee. The Borrower shall pay to Lender a Proposal Fee of 1% of the amount due upon closing. Borrower has paid Lender $10,000 which will be credited to Borrower at closing.
Proposal Fee. By signing and returning this proposal Letter to Lessor, Lessee agrees to the terms and conditions of this proposal and agrees to pay a Proposal Fee in the amount of $1,000 (the “Proposal Fee”). The proposal Fee will be applied to cover all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Lessor in connection with the transaction, with any remainder to be applied to the initial payment due on or with respect to the finial closing date under the lease. The Proposal Fee is non-refundable except in the event that the transaction proposed herein (or bas amended by mutual agreement of the parties) is not approved by Lessor. In such case, the Proposal Fee shall be returned promptly, less the cost of credit verification and investigation and any out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by Lessor such as legal fees and appraisal costs. When the lease commences the proposal fee will be applied to the documentation fee.
Proposal Fee. Within sixty (60) days of the date of this Agreement, the City shall reimburse to the Private Entity any excess review fees paid to the City by the Private Entity at the time of its submission of the Proposal in accordance with Section II.C.5 of the Guidelines. Such excess fees shall include the portion of the review fees not expended by the City to cover its costs of processing, reviewing and evaluating the proposal.
Proposal Fee. Within (30) days after signing this agreement, the artist will create a proposal for the work. This proposal will be submitted as a sketch or photoshop animation to give the buyer an idea of what the work will look like. The buyer may request (3) changes in total to the proposal within 15 days of receiving the most recent proposal. The buyer will be charged for proposals that exceed this number. A proposal is accepted when both parties sign the sketch. The buyer will then pay within 30 days the artist 50% of the work price, which counts toward the total work price.
Proposal Fee. Debtors have already paid, and Lender acknowledges receipt of, U.S.$75,000.00 of the U.S.$150,000.00 agreed Proposal Fee. On the Funding Date, Debtors shall pay to Lender the balance of the Proposal Fee in the amount of U.S.$75,000.00
