PROPOSAL FORMS. The signature of each person signing may be in longhand or in electronic format as specified by the City. The Contractor shall furnish evidence of its corporate existence and evidence that the officer signing the Contract and bond for the corporation is duly authorized to do so. 15.1. The Bidder, by submitting electronically, agrees to and certifies under penalty of perjury under the laws of the State of California, that the certification, forms and affidavits submitted as part of this contract are true and correct.
