Proposal Opening. Proposals shall be opened at the time and place designated on the cover page of this Request for Proposals. The name of each Offeror and the identity of the Request for Proposal for which the proposal was submitted shall be publicly read and recorded in the presence of witnesses. Proposals, modifications and all other information received in response to this Request for Proposal shall be shown only to City personnel having a legitimate interest in its evaluation. Prices shall not be read. After Contract award, the proposals and the evaluation documentation shall be open for public inspection.
