Proposals. Terms may not be changed without UnitedHealthcare’s approval. Agent may not alter any term of a proposal except with UnitedHealthcare’s prior written approval. Application information. Agent must accurately and completely record and submit to UnitedHealthcare all information that UnitedHealthcare requires in order to enroll Enrolling Units under a Benefit Plan.
