Proposed access arrangement Sample Clauses

Proposed access arrangement. Drawing ref 001 Rev B (Job Number C14241) shows a priority junction arrangement to be formed with Ashford Road to serve the application site. The proposed access arrangement is to the satisfaction of the local highway authority. However, the local highway authority requests that the applicant provide evidence that the land required to implement the access arrangement, to include the entire length of footways, is within the control of the applicant or local highway authority. The local highway authority advises that the highway boundary is requested from the Highway Definition team at KCC. If any land required is within third party ownership then the local highway authority would raise concerns over the ability of the applicant to implement the scheme as shown in Drawing ref 001 Rev B (Job number C14241). The site access arrangement, to include associated footway improvements, is to be completed prior to the commencement of development.
