Common use of Proposed Contractor Selection Review Clause in Contracts

Proposed Contractor Selection Review. Any proposer that has timely submitted a notice of its intent to request a Proposed Contractor Selection Review as described in Paragraph 8.7.2 (Proposed Contractor Selection Review) may submit a written request for a Proposed Contractor Selection Review, in the manner and timeframe as shall be specified by the Department. A request for a Proposed Contractor Selection Review may, in the Department's sole discretion, be denied if the request does not satisfy all of the following criteria:
